Weekly round-up from your local Neighbourhood Team

Dear Bloxwich West Residents,

As the week comes to a close, we wanted to share a quick update on what your local neighbourhood policing team has been up to. It’s been a busy and productive week for the Bloxwich Neighbourhood Team as we continue working hard to keep our community safe and supported.

✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅
Here’s a snapshot of this week’s activity:
 

🔹Patrols have been conducted in Mossley, Turnberry Estate, Dudley Fields and Bloxwich High Street targeting ASB and deterring shoplifters from our local stores. 
🔹Designated Neighbourhood Officers PC Walker and PC Sedgwick attended The Local Hub on Friday 14th November for a PACT meeting to discuss concerns raised from members of the community. Councillor Michael Coulson was present as well as a member of the Community Protection Team from Walsall Council. 

🔹Designated Neighbourhood Officer PC Walker attended Bloxwich Library on Saturday 15th November for a drop-in session alongside PCSO Mountford. 

🔹Our Roads Policing Unit conducted an operation in Bloxwich on Saturday 15th November 2025 where they seized 11 vehicles for no insurance and 11 tickets were issued for road related offences. 4 individuals were arrested from this operation, 2 for disqualified driving, 1 for immigration matters and 1 for possession with intent to supply. 

🔹Bloxwich Neighbourhood Team have had 7 arrests this week whereby individuals have been arrested for a range of offences including Failing to Attend Court, Theft matters, Domestic related incidents and Recall to Prison..

📅 Upcoming Police & Community Engagements 📅

A Police Drop-in session is also being held in the Bloxwich West Ward by our local PCSO's.

Location: Bloxwich Library, Elmore Row, Bloxwich, WS3 2HR

Details: PCSOs from the Bloxwich Neighbourhood Team will be visiting for members of the community to attend, to answer any questions and offer crime prevention advice.
